Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads.
- Strategic Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to boost ROAS, revenue, and profitability.
- Client Partnership: Manage client expectations and cultivate strong relationships with them as their primary point of contact.
- Team Collaboration: Work with in-house teams to coordinate specialized services, including creative, content, and email marketing.
- Performance Reporting: Provide insightful, actionable reports on campaign performance.
Skills & Competencies
- Platform Proficiency: Strong experience in Google Ads and proficiency in GA4.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in performance metrics and interpreting complex data for targeted optimizations.
- Budget Management: Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $30K to $200K+.
- Client Relations: Proven ability to manage and foster client relationships.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in campaign setup, reporting, and ongoing management.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills for delivering insights clearly to both clients and internal teams.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years in a digital agency, working hands-on with Google Ads.
- A focus on results, with attention to metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to make an impact.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
