Supervisor of Food and Beverage Operations

As a supervisor of food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure all food service periods run smoothly
  • Lead your team in setting up, packing down, and ensuring seamless service within the Outlets of Food & Beverage
  • Brief the team at the beginning of each service period and provide clear direction throughout

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality venues, strong food and beverage service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are a confident, proactive problem solver with excellent presentation and grooming skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality venues - Hotels, Restaurants, etc.
  • Strong Food and Beverage service skills
  • Precise attention to detail and a desire to strive for excellence
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Full Australian Working Rights
