An opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, customer focused professional in the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor.
- Provide exceptional Food & Beverage skills
- Proven track record & experience in Food & Beverage (minimum 2 years in Supervisor or Management Role)
- Extensive Food & Wine knowledge required
- Be a highly motivated individual
- Experience in banqueting
- The ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Be hands on and have an eye for detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Have impeccable presentation
- Passion for customer service
- Valid RSA certificate
