About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on RPA or process automation. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities, designing and developing RPA solutions using industry-leading tools, and leading the full lifecycle of RPA projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UI Path and Power Automate.
- Lead the full lifecycle of RPA projects, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the RPA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Partner with architecture groups and application managers to ensure alignment of RPA solutions with overall technology strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving innovation and efficiency gains.
- Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on RPA or process automation.
- Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of integration formats (JSON, SOAP, XML) and experience with API integration.
- Demonstrated experience leading RPA projects from inception to completion, including solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA certification (e.g., UI Path Developer Certification).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Agile development experience.
