We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative Technology team at Coles Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that span multiple business and IT areas, driving business objectives and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior business leaders and IT teams.
- Lead and build business cases for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Guide project teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective project management practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and operations business partners, to deliver projects.
- Manage resources within the team and other IT teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Ensure compliance with Coles Group's project management standards and methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or senior delivery roles.
- Proven track record of delivering projects from initiation to closure, with a focus on timely and within-budget delivery.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Formal project management accreditation (Desirable).
