About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Artwork Manager to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for executing first-class packaging design and artwork to build brand equity and drive customer trust.

This is a permanent opportunity that will see you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality design and artwork projects with great shelf presence and print quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the total design and artwork process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Lead design briefs and liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear design direction
  • Partner with creative agencies to coordinate and attend food photo shoots
  • Manage the approval of design and artwork files, identifying errors and discrepancies, and executing corrections efficiently
  • Champion cost-effective solutions with agencies and manage artwork budgets
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced design professional with a background in packaging design and artwork. You will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets, and be able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your expertise in marketing and design, particularly around new product development and packaging, will be highly valued. If you are a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality design solutions, we encourage you to apply.
