We are looking for a creative and analytical professional to join our marketing team as part of a 12-month program. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple key marketing functions, including brand strategy, production innovation, lifecycle management, integrated marketing communications, commercial strategy, and sales collaboration.

Key responsibilities include assisting in identifying market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to shape brand positioning and differentiation. Additionally, you will support the brand team in implementing brand initiatives that drive growth and engagement, and participate in the development of creative assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and analyze performance for optimization.

The ideal candidate will be a final-year student or within 12 months of completing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Key skills include passion for marketing, creativity, and a keen interest in brand management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
