Job Title: Urban Planning Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled urban planning coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective planning advice to customers, undertaking site inspections, and managing social media platforms. They will also be required to work in a team environment, provide quality customer service, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Environmental Planning, or a related field.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing directly with customers and providing quality customer service.
  • Ability to critically analyse planning reports and proposals with a high attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in report writing.
  • Knowledge of planning issues and challenges affecting the area.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety practices, the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity, ethical practice, and multi-cultural diversity.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $34,000 - $60,000 per year, part-time hours of 21-28 per week, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.
