About Our Team

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lifestyle Program Coordinator to join our Residential Communities team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Aged Care, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement lifestyle programs that promote social engagement and community building.

In this role, you will work closely with residents, families, and care staff to assess and individualize lifestyle plans and social needs. You will also lead and develop a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs and social calendars that cater to diverse resident needs
  • Assess and individualize lifestyle plans and social needs for residents, in consultation with family members and care staff
  • Lead and develop a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Build relationships with community groups and organizations to establish partnerships and collaborations

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Aged Care, with a focus on lifestyle and leisure programming
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversion Therapy
  • A person-centred focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services
