Senior Lifestyle Manager

This key leadership role supports the day-to-day operations of a residential precinct, including lifestyle, hospitality, and wellbeing services. The ideal candidate will ensure residents live a vibrant, connected, and fulfilling life.

  • Assist the precinct manager with daily operations, including hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle.
  • Develop and mentor staff, providing guidance when required.
  • Support the delivery of café, restaurant, and social event services.

The successful candidate will have experience in a retirement living environment and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
