Immersive Experience Leader

We are seeking charismatic individuals to fill a multifaceted role, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in Sydney.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to think on one's feet and adapt to unexpected situations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring an engaging experience for customers through effective guidance and instruction.
  • Setting up Escape Rooms for new game sessions and maintaining equipment in good working order.
  • Welcoming participants, explaining rules, and providing background information in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Monitoring gameplay, offering assistance and direction when needed, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Handling payments, managing inventory, and performing general cleaning duties.

Essential qualities for this position include:

  • Charisma and confidence in public speaking.
  • A sociable personality with the ability to balance interaction with discretion during gameplay.
  • Creative flair and an interest in puzzles and games.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This is a casual opportunity, ideally suited for those with flexible schedules. No prior experience is required, merely a willingness to learn and grow.

Hiring Details

Work Location: In person

Pay: AU$20.00 - AU$26.00 per hour

Hours: 4-20 hours a week
