Job Summary:

The Immersive Experience Designer will be responsible for assisting senior designers in researching and developing new tour concepts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through expertly curated itineraries. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Product Development:
  • Create immersive and engaging tour experiences by researching and identifying key elements that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop high-quality product lines, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends and technologies, incorporating insights into future product development.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research on destinations, vendors, and tour components to ensure quality and value.
  • Analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in site visits and ride tours to gain hands-on experience and insight into customer needs.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide expertise on product offerings and customer preferences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
