About This Role

Our team is passionate about creating immersive and engaging game experiences for teams to tackle and challenge themselves with.

Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for crafting an unforgettable experience for our customers. As a key member of the team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Greet participants and introduce them to the game world as well as provide guidance on the rules and objectives.
  • Be present during gameplay in a professional and unobtrusive manner while being available to answer questions and offer direction where needed.
  • Manage payments for bookings (must be confident handling cash transactions)
  • Maintain a clean and tidy escape room and other general areas of the business.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure all props are in working order.
  • Administer online bookings.
  • Provide promotional items as needed.

  • A flair for theatrics and performance.
  • An interest in puzzles and games.
  • Artistic/creative skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Handyman/woman skills - ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Initiative-taking ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Work Schedule

Our operations typically take place on weeknights from 5pm-10pm and weekends from 9am-midnight.

Experience Requirements

No prior experience necessary, we just need someone comfortable with public speaking and quick to learn.
