About the Role

We have a permanent, full-time role for a Human Resources Graduate looking to break into the recruitment industry. You will learn and be mentored by a group of experienced consultants, many of whom have been with the business for over ten years. Initially, you will work with candidates to place them into permanent and temporary roles, with the goal of moving into a Senior Recruitment role, working with candidates and clients within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, reference check, and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Take job briefs in consultants' absence
  • Brief candidates for both temporary and permanent positions
  • Fill both temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Use social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential candidates
  • Devise candidate sourcing strategies
  • Advise on rates, salaries, and relevant awards
  • Provide career advice, counselling, and performance management
  • Write job advertising copy
  • Update and maintain talent pools
  • Ad-hoc project work to enhance the candidate experience
Requirements

  • Recently graduated within an HR-related discipline
