Fixed Term Corporate Lawyer

This is an exciting chance to join a leading firm's Office of General Counsel on a fixed term contract.
The office handles various corporate and commercial agreements, regulatory matters and litigation.
- Develop and negotiate general contracts and commercial arrangements
- Review new product offerings
- Provide legal guidance in relation to tender documents and client service agreements
- Work closely with the business and external counsel
Key Requirements:
- A current practicing certificate
- Experience negotiating general commercial agreements
- Exposure to corporate law matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience building relationships with internal clients at all levels
