As a REM Analytics professional, you'll support senior leaders by providing commercial decision-making insights and monitoring results against targets, risks, and opportunities.

You'll lead financial control, governance, and integration of strategic programs for the area of the business this role supports.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and forecasts, leading period end close processes, and autonomously driving financial performance improvement initiatives.

Additionally, you'll deliver financial storytelling, manage stakeholder dynamics, and contribute to the transformation of our business through data-driven insights.

About You

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong emphasis on interpersonal relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and Financial Modelling Skills with experience in Retail or FMCG sectors highly regarded.
  • Desirable skills include CA/CPA or similar business qualification, commercial awareness, and business focus.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven management experience and passion for solving performance-related issues.
