About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Leader to spearhead our regional workforce attraction and talent acquisition strategies.
As Regional Talent Acquisition Director, you will lead a high-performing team in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our national workforce. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our business.
- You will work closely with hiring managers to refine their recruitment processes and leverage the latest AI and talent engagement tools to enhance candidate experiences.
- Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding your team to achieve outstanding results in blue and white-collar workforce arenas.
- You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment metrics, planning, and budgeting controls.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess a proven track record in high-volume recruitment complemented by exceptional leadership capabilities. You will have a strong affinity for metrics, planning, and budgeting control, as well as a passion for HR and digital technology solutions.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are essential, along with a commitment to lifelong learning and a desire to make a meaningful impact on our organization's growth.
