Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Program Coordinator, responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with industry, small businesses, training providers, and other organisations to maximise student opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing pathway planning to help students achieve their Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE).
  • Leading, managing, and planning aspects of the school's VET, workplace learning, university enabling programs, endorsed programs, and other training-related curriculum programs in collaboration with the Deputy Principal of Senior School and the VET and Careers Team.
  • Providing professional leadership of VET staff, analysing student performance data for planning, and collaborating with the Executive Team and Senior School Team to support positive student outcomes.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment
  • Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
  • Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting
  • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting
