The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Site Manager to join our team and manage new build home projects from excavation and slab pour through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure a high level of quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure site safety and health protocols are followed at all times.
  • Proactively schedule and forecast work activities, including trades and materials, to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain job site integrity and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Current driver's license.
  • Relevant building qualifications.
  • Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying.
  • Experience in managing residential home construction from start to finish.
  • Able to understand and interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
