Street Event Coordinator

Work with a dynamic team in the entertainment industry and share your passion for events, promotions and marketing. This exciting opportunity will see you represent our brands on the streets and in public spaces, entertaining and interacting with crowds to drive traffic to events. You will be responsible for setting up event sites according to station standards, taking quality photos of events for social media channels, clients and ARN, and providing feedback and reporting at the end of each activation to the brand and promotions teams. Ad-hoc office assistance with the promotions team and reception may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent our brands on the streets and in public spaces
- Entertain and interact with crowds to drive traffic to events
- Set up event sites according to station standards
- Take quality photos of events for social media channels, clients and ARN
- Provide feedback and reporting at the end of each activation to the brand and promotions teams
- Reliable with exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Interest or experience in events, promotions and marketing
- Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, friendly, energetic and a good brand ambassador
- Shows initiative and is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
- Have a full driver's license (highly desirable)
