Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future by inspiring, educating, and nurturing children aged 0-6 years.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and be able to design and implement engaging kindergarten programs that foster a love for learning through play, creativity, and curiosity.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with fellow educators to ensure the best outcomes for children, while also providing exceptional support to families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing high-quality, hands-on learning experiences for children.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
  • Supporting the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in delivering an engaging kindergarten program.
  • Collaborating with families and fellow educators to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families to promote a collaborative approach to education.
Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

• Current First Aid certification, including Anaphylaxis & Asthma training

• Working with Children Check (VIC)

• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A passion for early childhood education and making a positive impact on young lives
