Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to lead our centre's educational program. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to contemporary early childhood thinking and practice, and will be able to develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with contemporary best practice and state regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
- Provide high-quality guidance and support to colleagues to promote continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure they feel informed and supported throughout their child's education journey.
- Design and deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and stakeholders.
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by relevant authorities.
- Current accreditation/registration to teach.
- Proven knowledge of contemporary best practice in early childhood education.
- Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desired).
- Valid Working with Children's Check or equivalent.
