Future-Focused Innovation Leader

We're seeking a talented Innovation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Innovation (Emerging Technology) group, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the discovery and delivery of innovative products for Business Banking customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, harnessing technology to solve complex problems, and creating exceptional experiences for our customers.
The Emerging Technology team exists to collaborate with internal stakeholders, Group's technology partners, and consulting houses to design, experiment, and build new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
About the Role:- IDentify New Opportunities: Work closely with Innovation Leads to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies that can enhance our products and services.
- Harness Technology to Solve Problems: Utilize your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that address complex customer challenges.
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Design and deliver engaging products and features that exceed customer expectations.
- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Digital Product Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products and features.
- Agile Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively in Agile environments, with a focus on rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
- Full Product Lifecycle Experience: Experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
