As a key member of our operations team, the Load Planner plays a vital role in ensuring seamless goods despatch according to customer requirements. With a focus on delivering high-quality service, this position requires strong communication and organisational skills.

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the company's success by effectively scheduling goods for despatch in a safe and timely manner. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with production planners, logistics coordinators, and customer liaison officers to achieve plant capacity and meet customer needs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Creating confirmed loads to maximise production capacity and meet customer demands;
  • Collaborating with production planners to ensure optimal plant utilisation;
  • Communicating with customer liaison officers to confirm delivery requirements;
  • Coordinating despatch activities while liaising with logistics coordinators to ensure smooth deliveries;
  • Maintaining accurate records of next day's deliveries.
