Commercial Litigation Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Senior Lawyer to join our Disputes practice in Sydney. As part of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to develop your litigation and disputes experience on complex class actions and product liability cases.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting correspondence and preparing advice
  • Day-to-day management of files
  • Liaising with clients and counsel
  • Assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings

You will be working closely with Partners Greg Williams and Alex Rose, who will provide guidance and support throughout your tenure.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and collaborator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-6 years' experience as a lawyer in a leading commercial litigation practice
  • Exposure to class actions or large-scale commercial litigation matters
  • Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation
  • Strong academic results
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
