Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on commercial disputes, class actions, and product liability litigation.

About the Role
  • Act on large-scale class actions, product liability matters, and regulatory disputes
  • Advise clients across multiple industries, including life sciences, automotive, and financial services
  • Draft correspondence, legal advice, evidence, and court documents
  • Liaise directly with senior clients, counsel, and experts
  • Manage files and contribute to overall litigation strategy
  • Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Federal and/or Supreme Court matters and experience acting on complex, large-scale litigation or class actions. They will work alongside prominent litigation partners, contributing to strategic thinking, legal excellence, and strong client relationships.

About You
  • 3-6 years' post-admission experience in a reputable commercial litigation or dispute resolution team
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent legal drafting abilities
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and client expectations with confidence and maturity
