Concrete Production Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our concrete production operations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes of multiple concrete plants, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will also be accountable for meeting business objectives, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
  • Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental performance across all operations
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers
  • Oversee and manage the financial performance of the production operations
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to maximise equipment efficiency and reliability
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational performance
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in concrete production management or a related industry
  • Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental best practices
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to build and maintain a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to various systems and tools
