Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary first aid care to sick or injured students and staff
  • Administer medications as per medical plans and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of health plans for students with chronic illnesses and disabilities in consultation with medical professionals, Sub-School Leaders, and families
  • Ensure student medical alerts are up to date and communicated effectively to staff
  • Liaise with relevant staff regarding student wellbeing and medical conditions
  • Communicate with parents regarding students' ongoing and immediate medical needs
Requirements:
  • First Aid qualifications (minimum level HLTAID011)
  • Experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering work to a high standard
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities
