Our Roselands winery focuses on producing high-quality wines under several labels, processing approximately 4000 tonnes from across the region and beyond.

We're currently seeking multiple seasonal casual Vintage Cellar Hands to commence around early-to-mid January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of plant and machinery to begin the winemaking process, including tasks such as grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice/wine transfers.

Record data on log sheets and cellar notes.

Maintain general winery cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights - visa holders included
  • Good communication
  • Literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work rotating shift work (possible weekends also)
  • Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous wine industry experience
  • Forklift Licence
  • Confined space ticket

Job Details:

Casual position with rotating roster, shift work, and weekend availability.

$24.77 - $40.90 per hour.
