Cellar Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cellar Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winemaking and be able to work effectively as part of a small team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the cellar, including:

  • Vintage operations from crush to press
  • Cellar operations
  • Barrel operations
  • Filtration and bottling preparation

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High motivation with a good understanding of numeracy and literacy
