Electrical Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project objectives and milestones on time and within budget.

The role involves contributing to a culture of safety, construct high-voltage and fibre-optic substations, and create and review work packs, risk assessments and subcontractor mobilisation plans.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position on a large engineering/construction project
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment
  • Qualifications in Electrical Equipment in Hazardous areas – Design, Install and Maintenance
  • RPEQ qualification and HV experience highly desirable
