Job Title: Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to office personnel, answering phone calls, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining general administration duties.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting office staff with daily tasks as required
- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Entering data into various systems and maintaining accurate records
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing and organizing documents
- Coordinating the processing of purchase orders
- Liaising with internal staff on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations

 

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Previous experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a busy office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
