Efficient Mining Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Grader Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently and safely, while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operating heavy machinery such as graders, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintaining pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment.
- Complying with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Working effectively in a team environment to achieve maximum output.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience operating a grader or equivalent in a production mining operation.
- Strong mining operational skills and ability to demonstrate your knowledge in maintaining pit floors and bunds.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
What We Offer:
- A 2:1 roster (7 days on, 7 days off, 7 rest days) with FIFO Perth to Southern Cross plus a 30 minute bus ride to site.
- DIDO roster from surrounding towns available.
