Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to our South West Community Drug & Alcohol Service in Bunbury. As part of our Outreach Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and team, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain effective office management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client record-keeping and data collection.
  • Coordinate work activities to meet designated time frames, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • You will have substantial experience in reception and office administration, with a strong understanding of systems and processes used for managing client information.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Possess a current WA driver's license, working with children check, and national police clearance.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $69,665 - $72,824 (pro rata for part-time) plus 11.5% Superannuation.
  • Permanent part-time position, working 22.8 hours per week.
  • Salary packaging options up to $18,550 on various benefits, including mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation, and other everyday living expenses.
