We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Aged Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Bupa's values and standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Competitive hourly rate up to $50
- Relocation payment incentive up to $8,000
- Retention payment incentive up to $10,000

- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
