Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Oaks Broome Hotel in Broome, Australia.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and check-in guests
  • Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Make bookings and assist guests during their stay

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
