An attractive salary of $AUD 90,000 - $130,000 per annum is on offer, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This role involves leading a small team in workplace relations, performance, or conduct, providing expert advice and education to staff on employment issues, complex workplace relations matters, and relevant legislation.

You will represent the department in dealings with unions, tribunals, external jurisdictions, and other stakeholders to avoid disputes or achieve positive outcomes and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in human resource management or law is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in one or more of the team's responsible HR areas: workplace relations, performance, or conduct.
