Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments to ensure seamless integration and high availability.
  • Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and compliance policies, reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance directory services performance, security, and integrity to guarantee business continuity.
  • Implement and manage identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions to provide users with secure and convenient access to resources.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC), to streamline user onboarding and offboarding.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory design, administration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Experience with Azure AD, AD Connect, SAML, OAuth, and Open ID Connect, with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
