Job Title:

Technical Leadership Role for APAC

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive customer-facing technical teams in the Asia Pacific region.

This pivotal role will ensure exceptional customer experiences from initial technical engagement through successful onboarding, ongoing support, and widespread adoption of our software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and experience leading diverse technical teams.

About the Position:

This is a leadership opportunity to develop and execute a regional service delivery strategy aligned with company goals.

The successful candidate will oversee smooth and efficient onboarding and activation of new customers, drive high-quality and timely technical support, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing APAC teams for seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a regional service delivery strategy.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop regional teams focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Technical Pre-Sales Oversight: Ensure effective articulation of our software value proposition and provide compelling technical solutions.
  • Customer Onboarding & Activation: Oversee smooth and efficient onboarding and activation of new customers.
  • Technical Support Excellence: Drive high-quality and timely technical support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing APAC teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

5+ years progressive experience in customer-facing technical roles, with at least 3 years in leadership capacity.

Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience driving customer success.
