We're looking to appoint a Strategic HR Business Partner on a permanent full-time basis, ideally based at our global head office in South Brisbane, but we are open to considering applications from candidates who may be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have the commitment and connection to advise and partner with our divisions. If you have experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex business structure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and provide advice to senior leaders on day-to-day people matters and leadership effectiveness
  • In partnership with senior leaders and P&C, promote and execute Icon programs, including performance, rewards and recognition, sustainability, diversity & inclusion and employee experience
  • Assist leaders in the correct application and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Advise leaders on informal procedures for poor or underperformance and working with the ER team on case management
  • Guide leaders during remuneration reviews to ensure all processes are fulfilled and in accordance with Remuneration Policy and salary banding model
  • Work with leaders to ensure training and development plans are in place.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
