Our Accommodation service is the first point of contact for our guests at Mount Buller. As a key representative, we strive to provide exceptional experiences.

We are seeking individuals who can work efficiently and hygienically in a team environment, preferably with experience in Housekeeping or Cleaning. The successful candidate will commit to the role from June to September, working a rotating roster of 42-45 hours over 6 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have a customer focus, strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in high-volume establishments is advantageous.

  • Full-time positions, guaranteeing 38 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours
  • Accommodation on a share basis, with three meals per day on mountain or reduced-rate off-mountain accommodation with transport and meals
  • Completion of the Buller Crew program, offering discounts on season lift passes and at other Mt. Buller establishments

Key responsibilities include interacting with guests to make them feel special, servicing rooms daily in a Covid-safe manner, cleaning and preparing rooms between guest stays according to a Covid plan, operating in-house laundry, including washing and pressing, following established cleaning procedures, and taking direction from the Accommodation Department Head.

This job requires:
