Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality, client-focused care. Our residential care team is currently looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to coordinate and lead the delivery of care on a part-time basis.

About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

Our facility boasts new amenities and provides a variety of social and entertainment services. As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all residents.

  • Wednesday & Friday's - Morning Shifts
  • Wednesday's, Thursday's & Sunday's - Night shifts
  • Fridays and Saturdays - Night shifts - Fixed Term
Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising and directing the delivery of client-focused care delivered by staff. This includes assessing the total health needs of clients and documenting results thoroughly. You will also develop individual care plans in consultation with clients and their families, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.

About You

As a Registered Nurse, you'll hold a valid registration and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be detail-oriented and able to work well in a team environment. Experience in Aged Care is ideal, but not necessary. We're looking for someone who can apply their clinical knowledge to achieve quality client outcomes and make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements
  • A valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles
  • Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
