Senior Skincare Clinics Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Clinics Manager to lead our team, drive results, and create a culture where clients and team members feel valued and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
  • Oversee clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.
  • Drive clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
  • Nurture strong client relationships and build on our loyal clientele.
  • Partner closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred).
