Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the business including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage AP / AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Xero.
  • Follow up on receivables with the sales team.
  • Handle supplier payments, including triple reconciliations (banks, forwarders, suppliers).
  • Coordinate documentation for freight, trade finance, and customs.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and accountants.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in finance/admin roles, ideally in wholesale, import or distribution. Proficient in Xero and Australian bookkeeping practices is a must. You should be comfortable with trade finance and skilled in multi-party reconciliation and transactional accuracy.
