Eating Disorders Clinician Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Darling Downs Health. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in shaping evidence-based care and contributing to service innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for consumers with eating disorders.
- Lead and mentor junior psychologists, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
