Dietician Specialist

Job Overview:

A highly skilled Accredited Dietitian is required to deliver high-quality clinical care and promote positive lifestyle changes in the community.

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for various health concerns, including chronic disease management, eating disorders, bariatric support, and body composition goals.
• Analyze patients' dietary histories and relevant data to inform clinical decisions.
• Facilitate group sessions, educational events, and community presentations promoting healthy eating and nutrition awareness across diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Provide in-person services at various clinic locations or community settings as required, delivering client-centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and document clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans using practice management software.
• Build rapport and trust with clients through empathetic communication, personalized care plans, and ongoing support.
• Stay current with clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in dietetics through regular learning and reflection.
