Early Start Australia is a leading multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation dedicated to providing therapies to support all ages, needs and abilities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Speech Pathologist graduate to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with experienced clinicians and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services to clients. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for children with communication and language disorders.
As a Speech Pathology graduate, you will be working closely with families and carers to support the communication and language development of children. Your role will involve educating and involving parents, carers and others around the child to support their communication and language development.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and via telehealth. Our close-knit and supportive multi-disciplinary teams inspire an environment of connection and collaboration.
Key responsibilities of the Speech Pathologist position include:
- Assessing and diagnosing children's communication and language disorders
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
- Collaborating with families and carers to support communication and language development
- Working with educators and other professionals to develop strategies to support children's communication and language development in educational settings

Key requirements for the Speech Pathologist position include:
- Graduate degree in Speech Pathology from a recognised university
- Eligibility for registration as a speech pathologist with the relevant professional body
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
