Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely completion of client work.
  • Work closely with partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Assist with staff training, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead and review the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG documents for various companies and trusts.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar.
  • Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
