We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team at Wests Nelson Bay.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  2. Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair
  3. Operate Tab and Keno terminals efficiently
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  5. Process transactions accurately and handle cash effectively
  6. Collect glasses from the floor and return them to the bar area for cleaning

This position requires flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and early mornings during peak periods. Availability during seasonal peaks is essential.
