Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bar and Gaming team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing quality service to members and guests in both indoor areas and outdoor spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons
  • Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards
  • Operate Tab and Keno terminals efficiently and accurately
  • Clean and maintain workstations and equipment to a high standard
  • Manage cash handling and operate tills effectively
  • Collect glasses from the floor and return them to the bar area for cleaning

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and putting customers first
  • Able to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
  • Availability during seasonal peaks such as summer, public holidays, and school holidays
  • Certifications: RSA & RCG
